a) Park the JD 320 Skid Steer loader safely.
b) Sitting in the operator’s chair, buckle seatbelt and engage the parking brake.
c) Start the engine.
d) Run engine at maximum speed.
e) Release park brake to the run position.
f) Push down on the boom control pedal and raise the boom slowly. Release pedal and push down on the bucket control pedal to slowly curl the bucket. Release pedal.
g) Unbuckle seatbelt.
a) Park machine safely.
b) Lift latch handles to the unlatched position. Be sure all lock pins are fully extracted.
c) Enter the JD 320, fasten seat belt, start the engine and disengage the parking brake.
d) Tilt mounting plates forward.
e) Drive forward, raise the boom and guide the mounting plate under the attachment mounting brackets.
f) Raise the mounting brakes and roll them back. The back of the attachment should be touching the front of the mounting plate.
g) When the attachment is properly supported, lower the boom until it is resting on the boom stops.
h) Roll the attachment out and stop when the bottom of the attachment is 2 in. from the ground.
i) Engage parking brake, turn of the engine and exit the JD 320 skid steer.
a) Park machine safely
b) Disconnect hydraulic hoses from attachment
c) Pull the latch handles to the unlatched position and release the pins from the lower attachment tabs.
d) Enter the JD 320, start engine and disengage parking brake.
e) Lower attachment until it is safely on the ground.
f) Tilt mounting plate forward and reverse at the same time.
