Aspen RentAll';s Front Row Seats for USA Pro Challenge

USA Pro Cycling ChallengeThe new Aspen RentAll office on Highway 82 has proved to be a terrific location! Located smack-dab in the middle of the Roaring Fork Valley on the most frequented thoroughfare between “down valley” and “up valley,” we’re seeing a ton of customer traffic! But, to date, the best part of our new location was the front-row seats we had during Stage 2 of the USA Pro Cycling Challenge!

Downtown Aspen was buzzing during the first two stages of the premier cycling event in the US. World-class competitors from all over the globe were on-hand and racing throughout Aspen and Snowmass. The second stage, which began in downtown Aspen, sent the cyclists down Highway 82, through Carbondale, past Redstone, over McClure Pass, zipping by Paonia Resevoir, and then over Kebler Pass into Crested Butte. The grueling stage intimidated the fittest cyclists in the world because of the elevation, dirt-road descent of Kebler, and challenging distance!

After leaving Aspen en route to Crested Butte, the field of cyclists had not yet dispersed into a small leader pack and the larger peoloton. So, watching the entire field of cyclists in one large group was an amazing opportunity! We took a break from a busy work day to step outside experience the high-speed action first-hand. The energy and excitement we felt as the USA Pro Cycling Challenged flew past the Aspen RentAll headquarters is difficult to put into words. For avid cycling fans who religiously watch the sport throughout the year to novice fans who annually enjoy Le Tour de France to someone who has never donned spandex, watching the US Pro Cycling Challenge wiz past our office at speeds over 60 miles per hour was astounding!

We’ll be tuned throughout the competition to keep track, and you should too! Be sure to visit the “Tour Tracker” at www.usaprocyclingchallenge.com to stay up-to-date on the post-Roaring Fork Valley action. And, next year, come down to our headquarters to experience the race live!
